Welcome to Devon’s premier party house. The Leaping Trout is a former pub, that is now a stylish and exciting venue perfect for parties, large groups, Stag and Hen do’s, or extended families looking for a great value holiday. You can book for as little as £50 per person per night!
With 12 luxurious bedrooms, ten with en-suite, sleeping up to 32 people, you will have full private use of the entire property.
The Leaping Trout is divided into 5 separate 2/3 bedroom areas, so individual groups can be private if they wish. You will see on the video they are - Duck, Heron, Kingfisher, Minnow, and Otter.
Space & Privacy For Everyone
Like a party? Why not party until you can dance no more with your very own night club, including sound & light system, there is even room for over 100 people on the dance floor and 85 guests can be comfortably seated for a wedding or event.
Alternatively for those who like the slower pace, take in a movie with fresh pop corn in the cinema, chill in one of the lounge areas by inglenook fireplaces, play pool or enjoy the Hot tub and riverside decking, there is plenty of space to escape, relax or to join in the fun.
Like your food? You will love our highly specified kitchens and large dining areas where you can choose to cater as you wish, or why not go the extra mile and hire your own chef for a night of gastronomic delights?
